WHO IS SECOND BASE FOR?

Second Base was developed in 2007 by Zoe Dryden, for the purpose of integrating leadership development activities, team-building philosophies and community contribution.

Individuals

Second Base creates a learning environment to guide participants to experiential clarity around key learnings. This learning approach requires that participants have sufficient leadership or managerial experience to be able to explore concepts in this facilitative style.
