The executive coaching services specialise in taking a whole approach to individual's development, drawing on the fundamentals of:

"To be cognisant is to be fully informed and conscious". Workshops include:

 

  • Cognisance in Leadership - designed specifically for leadership teams and include modules that assist managers in supporting their employees to be more cognisant and resilient and respond to the pressures of executive leadership roles.
  • Cognisance and Community - an extended workshop that includes community engagement work. This addition is incredibly valuable for companies interested in promoting community engagement and values-driven leadership and shows the link between community contribution and cognisance.
  • Cognisance in Teams - an extended workshop that includes an outdoor excursion or physical challenge. This activity promotes team building and peer support practices between participants and further highlights the link between mind and body.
